No contract is entered into between the customer and 'Rhythm Records' for the sale of goods by 'Rhythm Records' to you (the customer) until 'Il Giardino' accepts your order by email confirming that it has dispatched your product/s.
Rhythm Records is based in Dublin, Ireland and as such operated in accordance with Irish Law with regard to consumers. Further, any contract which might arise as a result of the purchasing of goods on this website will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland, and the customer and 'Rhythm Records' irrevocably agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Ireland.
